• For international orders, shipping fees depend on the destination and package weight, and they are automatically calculated at checkout.

Returns and Exchanges

• Return Period: You can return your items within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items to be returned or exchanged must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

2. Once approved, ship the product to the address provided. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
3. After we receive the product, the return process will begin, and a refund will be issued within 7-10 business days.

• Custom Color Zipper Production:
  The total length of zippers must be at least 400 meters for custom color requests.

• Logo or Brand-Stamped Zipper Pullers:
  For custom-designed zipper pullers with logos or branding, the minimum production quantity is 3000 pieces.

  To ensure we meet your specific requirements, please provide clear details about the product type, color, dimensions, and design elements (e.g., logos, text, etc.) when placing your order.
