Why Workshops Use Nylon Coil Chain
Nylon coil chain can follow straight and curved sewing paths and is available in different profiles for wallets, bags, cushions and equipment cases.
A very tight corner may still restrict slider movement. Approve the actual chain radius on a production sample.

Molded Continuous Chain
Molded chain uses separate plastic teeth and creates a more visible tooth line. It may be used in decorative bags, tent panels, tarps and heavier covers.
Its sliders are not interchangeable with nylon coil sliders, even where the nominal size appears similar.
Coated Technical Chain
TPU- and PU-coated chain may be considered for outdoor bags, device cases and technical products where reduced surface-water entry is required.
The presence of a coating does not prove complete waterproofing or compliance with a technical standard. Use documented test data for performance claims.

Color and Production Batch Control
