PARTIES

1. This Distance Sales Contract (“Contract”) is concluded electronically between Celal Şentürk (sole proprietorship) residing at Oruç Reis Mah., 17.ci Sok. No: 77A Giyimkent, Esenler, Istanbul, Turkey (the “Company/Seller”) and the person who purchases products by becoming a member after accepting the Site Terms of Use or without becoming a member through the website with the domain name e-zippers.com (the “Site”) (the “Consumer”), in accordance with the Regulation on Distance Contracts published in the Official Gazette dated 27.11.2014 and numbered 29188.
2. The Company and the Consumer shall be referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
3. By purchasing products from the Company acting as the seller, the Consumer accepts, declares and undertakes that they have read this Contract in full, fully understood its content and approved all provisions, and that all information provided to the Company during the conclusion and performance of this Contract will be complete, accurate and up to date.

SUBJECT

The subject of this Contract is to determine the rights and obligations of the Parties regarding the sale of the products ordered online by the Consumer through the Site, pursuant to the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, the relevant regulations and other applicable legal provisions.

ESSENTIAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE PRODUCT(S), PRICE, PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

• Essential Information about the Product(s): Stated in the email sent by e-zippers.com.
• Total Price of the Product (including taxes): Stated in the email sent by e-zippers.com.
• Delivery: Unless otherwise stated on the Site for a specific product that delivery costs are covered by the Company, delivery costs shall be borne by the Consumer. Delivery shall be made to the address specified by the Consumer within the delivery period committed on the Site, provided that the product is available in the Seller’s stock and the payment has been completed. In any case, the Company shall deliver the product within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days from the order date.
• Carrier Company to be Used for Returns: If the Consumer returns the product due to exercising the right of withdrawal, the Consumer shall return the product via the carrier company Yurtiçi Kargo. If the Consumer wishes to return the product via another carrier, shipping costs shall be borne by the Consumer.
• Payment Method: Credit Card / Bank Transfer (Wire/EFT)

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

• The Consumer has the right to withdraw from this Contract within 14 days from the date the product is delivered to the Consumer or to a third person designated by the Consumer, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

DECLARATIONS AND UNDERTAKINGS OF THE PARTIES

The Consumer declares that they have read and are informed about all preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics of the product, the sales price, the payment method and delivery.

SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES

The Consumer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court located at the Consumer’s place of residence or at the place where the transaction subject to this Contract is carried out.

CONCLUSIVE EVIDENCE

The Consumer accepts that the Company’s books and records shall constitute conclusive evidence in disputes arising from this Contract.
